A couple of weeks ago I posted a special blanket I made for my husband. What I didn’t share it was also a collaboration with my friend and fellow yarncrafter Carlyn–she’s on Facebook and YouTube.

Today’s post is not a hat BUT it would be a great project to make for an area shelter or nonprofit that supports the homeless community. The blanket and bag set are extremely easy to make and affordable.

We decided to share our process. Enjoy!

Oh…and Carlyn wrote a pattern too. Yay!!!
