Okay so the title of this post may be a bit drastic.
But any of you with arms that look nothing like the First Lady or Angela Bassett will get my drift.
I have wings.
Yes, I’m sharing this with the world and frankly I’m cool with it. I’m cool with it for many reasons…actually let me clarify. I’m cool with sharing not the wings. 😉
I am fine with sharing it because I get them honestly. They run in the family. But I’ve decided it is time that I try to rid myself of them. And why not now.
I’m swimming and marathon training begins next week. I believe it I add in a little resistance trying I can get transform my wings to guns. LOL!
I plan to keep my Fit Friday posts as I move forward in my training season, here’s what we can anticipate for July:
- Marathon training begins Monday. I will update my runs on Daily Mile and Runkeeper.
- I am cross-training with swimming and will continue my Master Swim classes.
- I am also going to track my food. This is going to be a doozy but to see change I need to track what I’m eating. I’ll track using MyFitnessPal.
I will take it one month at a time. July is full of activity since I’m kid-less for most of the month. I’ll use this time to get caught up on my projects and workout.
I am hoping with watching my eating (mostly vegetarian-clean eating) and exercising (as shown above) I will transform my arms, increase my endurance and be well on my way to my best me. 😉
